Unlimited calling with FonVantage® Service is designed to meet the needs of a residential consumer. It is not intended to replace commercial phone service. As a FonVantage® service subscriber, the Service and Device are provided to you as a residential user, for your personal, residential, and small office/home office use. As such, you are prohibited from using your FonVantage® Service or Device for, but not limited to, auto-dialing, continuous or extensive call forwarding, telemarketing (including, without limitation, charitable or political solicitation or polling), voicemail broadcasting or voicemail blasting. We reserve the right to immediately modify or terminate your Service if we determine, in our sole discretion, that your use of the Service or the Device is, or at any time was, inconsistent with normal residential usage.
