Your FonVantage® account does not offer faxing due to the number of uncontrollable factors outside of our service that may not be supported should you experience any difficulties. With different fax machine brands, Internet service providers and set up configurations, pin pointing what specific factor may be causing a problem is extremely difficult for our Technical Support staff to identify. We are dedicated to providing the best customer experience and will only offer services we can bring to you with the quality support you deserve.
FonVantage® suggests that you look into using an alternative, online fax solution such as www.efax.com or www.tollfreemax.com, both offer an Internet fax option that will allow you to send and receive faxes electronically. Please visit their websites for more information.
