If you are having trouble making phone calls on your new FonVantage® service, please attempt the following:
1. Power cycle all devices and attempt to make a phone call.
2. Confirm that you have the lastest version of Firmware on your router. To do this, visit the manufactor's website and look for the Downloads section.
