The number transfer process involves multiple providers to facilitate the transfer. Because each provider has a set of procedures with respect to the transfer, and verification / authorization procedures sometimes require additional research to process correctly; it can take a minimum of 20 business days from the time we receive your 100% completed documents. Also keep in mind that once your request has been sent to your provider to process, your provider may reject the request due to lack of correct information, or missing information on the request. This is why we ask you to make sure you have completed the LOA thoroughly and provided an accurate phone bill prior to sending the request.
